Chairman
John has over 30 years in financial markets, with an extensive track record across Capital Markets, including Brokerage, Asset Management, Private & Investment Banking as well as Insurance. His experience was acquired while at Close Brothers, ABN-Amro, Deutsche Bank. Now CEO at Bermans & Sons, a privately owned firm providing strategic advice and investing its own capital along side founders, focused on acquiring significant minority stakes in such industries as Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate, Aviation, Logistics & Transportation, FinTech, Oil & Gas, Mining. John is an Irish national, UK resident.
Ihorliss Garcia
Secretary
As CEO of Iterla Asset Management Corp., Ihorliss is a Finance professional, experienced in Auditing & Accounting, Tax. He has spent the past 20 years succesfully leading Operations for a financial services group held by Latin American & European Shareholders, recently sold to the largest independent broker/dealer in Panama.
Ernesto Gonzalez
Treasurer
Born in 1947, Ernesto has a 40+ year proven track record in the Financial Services industry. After his studies at the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico he spent 27 years with Merrill Lynch. First in Operations in its New York Office, and then CEO of Merrill Lynch International and Co. (Panama). Since he has served as Board Member of a Financial Services Boutique, an Independent Asset Management firm, and a Family Office.
Dayana Broce

Dayana started her career in 2005, working as a back-office & operations specialist with well known Panama Broker/Dealers. She spent the past 17 years as Project Manager and Head of Custody services with MMG Bank Corporation (Panama). Dayana, just recently joined the Panama Stock Exchange to form part of C-Suite Team.
Anna Belogortseva

Born in Kaliningrad, Russia, a British Citizen, residing in British Virgin Islands, a University of London, Law graduate (Hon.) Anna brings a vast knowledge in Corporate Governance. She started her Attorney career at Clore, Solicitors then on to Dentons. Her Securities, Regulatory, Compliance, Risk Management Skills were acquired over a 25 years span on Boards of Private as well as listed companies (AIM, LSE, TSX, ASX, HKEX). Additionally, Anna specialized in the Oil & Gas and Mining business, having raised capital, for public listed companies, while also in Management in these companies running remote locations such as Kazakhstan, Niger, Sierra Leone, Senegal. She is married with one child.
